Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.The tracking number will be active within 24 hrs. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships.
  • If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
  • If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via email us.
  • Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the chosen shipping company, as the order is now in their possession. 
  • If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact the delivery shipping company, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through theUSPS (US Postal Service) or UPS.
